I am a psychologist from the Javeriana University of Colombia, and more than 15 years ago I had the fortune to fall in love with the world of Human Talent. I have led search processes in multiple sectors and positions, including: Hospitality, Logistics and Transportation, Pharmaceutical, FMCG and Manufacturing. During these 15 years I have built long term relationships through quality, commitment and empathy.º
